I keep meaning to get hold of one her books – and initially I had thought that I would start with Crank – but after watching a video on JessetheReader's YouTube channel where he talks about the Burned duology, I think it may end up being these books first. I may just have to put them on my birthday wishlist!

Ooh, this is probably going to be my next novel by her! I love Ellen Hopkins. :D
i have never read a hopkins novel and i am not inclined to do so because i've heard her books are triggering and i personally can't read such depressing topics. Though i've only read one verse book before and really enjoyed it (the sound of letting go)
