The Vampire Diaries: Stefan's Diaries books 1-4 international giveaway [Ended]

Are you a fan of the Vampire Diaries, like me? Then you're in for a bit of a treat!
I am incredibly excited about this, guys! I have been speaking to the wonderful people at Hachette, who have offered the followers of Pen to Paper (new and old) an absolutely wonderful prize!
I have books 1-4 of The Vampire Diaries: Stefan's Diaries to give away to one lucky follower! I'm delighted to be able to make this giveaway international as well, which is wonderful news for all of you!
I'm a huge Vampire Diaries fan, and have these books to read myself, so I hope you'll get following Pen to Paper (if you're not already) and enter.
The books on offer, if you don't know what they are already, are below. Click on each image to view the Goodreads page and read each synopsis.

I'm going to have to get serious for a moment, guys, and lay down the rules & guidelines for the giveaway.

You must be a follower of Pen to Paper to enter. I will check that you are a follower if you are pulled out as a winner. I withhold the right to disqualify your entry if you are not a follower of the blog. This giveaway is for my wonderful followers - so become one of them :)
I will need your GFC follower name put into the extra info box in the Rafflecopter. Make sure you put in your exact follower name, as I search for this to confirm your entry if you're pulled out as a winner.
If you are chosen as a winner and I email you, you will have 48 hours to reply to the email. If I don't receive a reply in this time, I will have to draw another winner, and you will lose your prize - sorry but someone has to win!
Please note that when I email you, I will ask you for your address, which I will then pass on to Hachette (and only Hachette) so that they can send your prize off to you.
Please don't leave your email address in the comments. I have trouble with this every time I do a giveaway. I use Rafflecopter so that your email addresses are not available to anyone but me (and only then if you win). This is for your own safety :)
There is one initial entry for following Pen to Paper and then there are extra entries possible for the giveaway after this. They are optional, but they could be the difference between someone else or you winning!

Ya know, I've never read the Vamp Diaries but I sure as heck watch it every week! I'm super addicted! Most of all, I like to watch the brothers' sarcastic humor-it totally brightens my day. (Well that and their hotness, but that's obvioso. I love Damon for that same reason. He keeps his cool under the worst of circumstances and makes a snarky comment and gives one of those swoon-worthy smiles of his LOL!

Bidisha said...: Oh, my favourite thing about The Vampire Diaries (the show, I mean, since I haven't read the books) is that inspite of the fact that almost all the characters are supernatural beings, there's an inherent humanity somewhere in there - that tells us that they aren't much different from us. I think the characters are some of the best ones I've come across - well-rounded, flawed and more significantly, real.

Oh and Jeremy:) But seriously, I've never understood why most of my friends go crazy over Damon, because Stefan was my guy from the very beginning. I've read all the books and I watch each episode as soon as it's aired and my heart just skips a beat every time Stefan's face pops up on screen- even now that he's turned bad. Good guy or bad guy- I'll always be Team Stefan!:)

My favorite thing about the books is the chemistry between Elena and Damon. They have a connection that can't be explained and their attraction to one another is so tense and mysterious and when they're in a scene together I'm glued to the book. The the thing I didn't like about the books was early in the series Elena's character was too stuck-up. Even after her parent's death, she was still too much of a possessive queen bee and that attitude just really wasn't attractive. I am thankful that in the show, Elena doesn't portray that at all. My favorite character in both the book and the show is Damon, because despite everything he's been through he still has a great sense of humanity. When he discovered the truth about Katherine, he was heartbroken and he didn't turn off his humanity and he fell in love with Elena. He knows that it's always going to be the 'Elena and Stefan' show, but he has a passionate hope and it makes him the strongest, and my favorite, character.
