I bought this one ages ago when a friend recommended it to me, but I still haven't gotten around to it, despite having it on the shelf for around two years. I think I was a little unsure about this kind of fantasy/science fiction before, so I just put off reading it and never attempted to pick it up.
Well, now I'm reading the newest book by this author, Touch of Power, the first in a new series, and I absolutely love it, so I will definitely be getting around to read this one very soon! I can't believe I stayed away from reading Maria's books for so long!
